UK Mainland Delivery

Our Delivery Vehicles

Marks Electrical uses its own fleet of vehicles, and delivers to MAINLAND UK only.

For orders over £130 delivery is free of charge for most of the UK, although delivery surcharges do apply to some areas and weekend deliveries. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Please note that the areas we deliver to on weekends will vary and we may not be able to offer a weekend delivery to your area.

Free Delivery

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, our deliveries are made by one man only. As a result we will only deliver to ground floor properties. Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a redelivery charge.

Two Man Delivery

If your delivery is not to an unobstructed ground floor area, then we can provide a two-man delivery service, but at a premium of £29.99.

Arranging a Delivery Date

Delivery will usually be within 5-10 working days depending on the product you have ordered. You can track your order status/progress on our web site.

If the Track Order page shows your items are in stock please call us to arrange delivery, otherwise we will send you an email (and sms if requested) when your items come into stock. Additionally, we also provide a Next Day Delivery service to some parts of the country when you place a phone order for any of the items we already have in stock.

Delivery Times

Our deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 6pm, 7 days a week. A signature will be required upon delivery.

2-Hour Timeslots

The day before your pre-arranged delivery we will notify you of your 2-hour delivery timeslot by email and SMS indicating when you can expect your goods to arrive. However, you must ensure that you can be available all day on your chosen day of delivery; if you find you cannot keep to your chosen delivery date you must notify us before 12 noon one working day before.

You cannot choose your own delivery timeslot as these are allocated by our automated route planning system. Once issued your timeslot cannot be changed, therefore you must be in to accept the delivery, otherwise a failed delivery charge of £24.99 (or £49.99 for items over 70cm in width) will apply.

You will be notified of your timeslot between 4pm and 5pm the day before delivery. As we operate a rapid next day delivery service, we will be unable to notify you of your timeslot any earlier than this because our route planning system will be routing the deliveries up until this time.

Failed Delivery and Cancellation Charges

Where a pre-arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods, then you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.

Old Product Collection

For a fee of £9.99 we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your new one. The old appliance must be disconnected and outside your property at time of delivery.
